What is the Bellwood KidStuff Sale (KSS)?
Bellwood Preschool holds a consignment sale of gently-used, kid-related items each fall and spring at the Unitarian Universalist Church on West Ingomar Road in Franklin Park, PA.
Buyers look forward to great finds that include baby gear; infant, children's, and maternity clothing; toys; books; furniture; and more!
How can Bellwood families support the KSS?
The proceeds from the KSS are vital to Bellwood's success, and each Bellwood family is asked to volunteer 2.5 hours of time in both the fall and the spring. We need everyone's help to make this a success! Please sign up for your volunteer spot here.
If you are unable or would prefer not to work the sale, you will be assessed an additional $125 fundraising fee per sale. The fall fee should be submitted by October 11th.
How do I become a Bellwood KSS Seller?
Up to 100 sellers participate in each KSS. Each seller receives 60% of profits from the sale of their items; Bellwood Preschool receives 40% The Fall Sale seller drop-off day is Thursday, October 12th.
Seller registration will be held on Wednesday, September 13th from 9 am to 1pm and from 6 pm to 7 pm. Sellers should bring a $15 registration fee (cash or check made out to Bellwood Preschool) as well as a signed Seller Agreement.
Sellers will be assigned a Seller Number and will receive 100 tags with their registration fee. (An additional 100 tags may be purchased for $3.)
Sellers who are not currently enrolled Bellwood families may sign up to work during the sale and will receive a rebate of $4 of the registration fee as a credit added to their final sales.
If you cannot make Seller Registration, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a seller space. Applications will be accepted through October 5th, if seller spaces remain. Our absolute last call on seller registration is Thursday, October 5th from 5:00-6:30 pm.
